Women Playing For T.I.M.E.® - 2007 Sponsorship Materials

When the production team initially met to discuss preliminary concepts for the 2007 Women Playing for T.I.M.E.® Sponsor Packet, elegance and femininity were essential as the packaging played a big role in gaining sponsors for the Foundation as the primary cause is their fight against breast cancer.

After a pink and white themed brainstorming session, we pre-cut an Hermes Kelly bag to house the information content, complete with a pearl strand handle. The original Kelly bag is a luxurious handbag, created from the finest materials and this version was going to be no exception.

The materials consisted of thick, felt textured paper flooded with the same pantone pink from the established color palette. The interior of the packet was printed with raised black ink polka dots over a wash of pale pink. Raised black ink stitching, along with an embossed, foiled silver clasp, finished the piece off. The booklet placed inside the handbag packet was fabricated in the shape of a pocket date book with each interior page designed using calendar motifs.

The marketing materials went on to become the 2007 recipient of the Florida Society for Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing (FSHPRM) Mark of Excellence, Best in Show and, the most prestigious, President’s Award. (Click on image to enlarge)
